So, theodore (formerly margaret because we didn’t know he was a she) went back a week ago. And every day since we have been obsessively checking the adoptables site to see if he’s made it up to adoptions yet.

And he hadn’t. Until today. Why it took so long I’ll never know. It makes me sad to think he’s been sitting in a cage for a week wondering why we didn’t love him. Or perhaps he was wondering how to eat his cage-mates. It could go either way.
