Imagine my surprise this morning when I was checking out my shop stats and lo and behold, my top referral of the day was the craftzine blog. Eee!
The lovely Natalie Zee Drieu included one of my sock monkey seat covers as one of her May Sampler favourites.
If you haven’t heard of craft: the zine, or been to craft:’s website, do check it out. Once you are addicted, there is no turning back. Local ottawa folks can check out the zine at Mags & Fags (when they can keep it in stock). :)
Edited to add: Neat! Bike seat covers were also featured on the Etsy Garden today too – they were my entry into the SewUseful contest.
What seems like forever ago, I sent in some bicycle seat covers to the sampler. As a contributor, you can opt in to getting a sampler in the mail as a result, which this time around I did, since I never seem to be able to snag a subscription when they’re up for grabs.

Rare Bird Finds did a rundown of some favourite websites of this month’s Sampler contributors, including yours truly. Yay! (PS. spend some time there – it’s a great site for finding super cute things).
I have finally gotten around to updating the shop post-ladyfest. There’s new and funky stuff, as well as the old standards. Also, there’s a new shop!
