They are all grown up and ready to find new families next week, once they make a quick trip to the OHS to get spayed and neutered.
It’s not often that we fall completely head-over-heels for a litter of kittens, but we really love these guys a lot. Especially Trixie. She’s even leash trained! We have spent many an afternoon pacing Somerset St. with her as she gets into exploring.
On a totally different note, if I had a spare $1000 kicking around right now? This is what I would buy.
Which means….moving time again! Luckily the plants won’t be too traumatized, since we’re moving close to the end of the season, but I am going to be a little sorry to say goodbye to our lovely second porch, which has been the unofficial summer hangout for nearly three entire summers!
Anyone want recommend their favourite professional movers? Our friends will *kill* us if they help us move again, I’m sure of it!
But today. Oh today. My first short run of fabric that I did not have to screenprint myself in 4 layers to get four colours arrived in the mail from Spoonflower.
The reds are all amuck (orange-red, not blue-red? Help!), but otherwise, I am very very happy.
More fabric to come. This one is part of what I’ve been calling my “In The Woods” series. “winter” & “autumn”
