I’m finally putting my kitchenaid to good use these days, churning out cupcakes and cookies and now, pasta, which is possibly WAY more exciting than cooking.

I had no idea how much fettucine one measly pasta recipe would make, but now I know it’s at least 3 meals worth, if not more (we’re still working our way through the leftovers).

There is something mildly therapeutic about feeding blobs of pasta dough through the rollers and stretching it out, I have to admit.

Next up, homemade lasagna noodles!
