1. Where is Minty Fresh based?

We’re a proudly Canadian brand based in Hamilton, Ontario 🇨🇦 — bringing clean, confident streetwear to your closet, one fresh drop at a time.

2. How are your products made?

All of our products are made to order to reduce waste and keep things fresh. Each piece is crafted only when you place your order, ensuring quality and attention to detail every time.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 5–10 business days. Delivery times depend on your location:

  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 5–10 business days after fulfillment

  • 🇺🇸 United States: 7–12 business days after fulfillment

You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

4. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Because all products are made to order, we can only accept returns or refunds if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If there’s an issue, email us at support@mintyfresh.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos — we’ll make it right.

5. How should I care for my Minty Fresh gear?

To keep your prints looking minty:

  • Wash inside out, cold water, gentle cycle

  • Hang dry or tumble dry low

  • Don’t iron directly over the design

6. Can I cancel or change my order?

Because production starts quickly after purchase, we can only cancel or change orders within 2 hours of placing them. Please double-check your size, color, and design before checkout!

7. Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently ship only within Canada and the United States. Stay tuned as we expand Minty Fresh worldwide soon 🌎

8. What sizes do you offer?

Most items are available in sizes S–2XL, with select styles up to 3XL. Check each product page for a detailed size chart before ordering.
